IF YOU SEND US EMAIL

We will never do anything with your name or email address other than reply to emails you send us — we’ll never publish your address, sell it, or even tell anyone at all that you emailed us. We’ll never use your name or your email address in any way, other than in direct replies to you.

We may use captions or details you send us, but we’ll never use anyone’s name.

We delete emails immediately after we read them, and do not retain email or email addresses in any way.

we get a ton of email, and it might be months before we use something you send us. we’ll email you back and let you know when we’re going to use a picture you sent us.

FOR ANYTHING YOU SEND US

By sending us pictures, you certify that:

a) you own the picture you’re sending us
b) you have the right to use those pictures
c) you’re giving us the right to display or link to those pictures on antiduckface.com and our associated antiduckface.com properties such as our Facebook page or Twitter feed.

We are in no way responsible for your friends beating the crap out of you because you sent us their pictures. In fact, you probably deserve it.

Please don’t send us links to other sites, or to people’s myspace or facebook pages. Sorry, but we don’t go steal pics off other people’s pages.

REMOVAL OF PICTURES

If you’d like a picture removed, just email us at antiduckface@gmail.com with the date it was published and a description of the picture, or just a direct link to the post. It really helps if you put TAKEDOWN REQUEST in the subject line of the email — we get an awful lot of email every day. We’ll take it down as soon as we receive the email, no questions asked (unless we need clarification on which picture you’re talking about). We’re might be jerks, but we’re not TOTAL assholes.

And no, we can’t tell you who sent us the email. We get hundreds of emails a week, and we delete email as soon as we read it.
